This pendant features several symbols worth noting.
On the one hand :
- the rune ᛏ Tīwaz, associated with Týr, Nordic god of the sky and of victory in particular;
- the thunder cross, associated with Perun, Slavic god of storms and warriors.
On the other side :
- the rune ᛟ Ōthalan, whose use disappeared in the Middle Ages;
- the Black Sun, consisting of 3 swastikas or 12 ᛋ Sōwilō runes.

These symbols, whether runes or complex swastikas, were used by the Nazi regime and currently by modern paganism or far-right movements. Items depicting them, such as this Hammer of Thor, may be banned in some countries.
