Shipping and returns
When finalizing your order, depending on the destination address entered, a list of delivery types is presented to you with prices and estimated delivery times, for delivery to a pick-up point or to your home.
To date, due to the size of the items sold, we only ship your order by postal tracked letter.
Unfortunately, our online sales site does not display the tracking number of the parcel sent, although it was entered a few minutes before sending.
In case of an abnormally long delay, do not hesitate to contact us!

If you live in southern Finistère or western Morbihan, we invite you to prefer picking up at the workshop. It is free, can be open to you by appointment during its closed times, and coffee is offered in the morning.
Due to the increasing number of abuses from people trying to force free delivery,click & collect has been disabled.
If you wish to go to the store to collect (and even personalize) your order, please indicate it in the comments. Delivery costs will be refunded in cash.
Return conditions - Withdrawal right
Reminder of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale:
In accordance with the legislation in force, consumers have a period of fourteen calendar days from the date of receipt of the package to request an exchange or refund. This period expired, they no longer have this right of withdrawal. When this period expires on a weekend, public or non-working day, it is extended until the next working day.
To ensure proper management of returns, the customer is invited to report the return to customer service beforehand, specifying the order number and requesting either a refund or an exchange.
The customer must then return the package at his expense to the following address: La Blanche Hermine, 7 rue Isole, F29300 Quimperlé, accompanied by the letter requesting either a refund or an exchange.
In accordance with the provisions of article L121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, consumers can in no case claim to exercise any right of withdrawal for orders of all products made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.
All returns must be made complete (packaging, instructions, accessories, copy of the invoice) and the returned products must be in perfect condition for resale, they must not be soiled or damaged (due to their use).
All returns must be sent with a tracking number.
In the event that one of the products received does not give you complete satisfaction, we invite you to copy and fill in on plain paper, then send us with acknowledgment of receipt the return form presented below.

Consequently, please return to me no later than 14 days following receipt of (name of the item) that I am returning to you, the sum of (amount of the item) euros that I have paid to you by (method of payment) when placing my order, in accordance with the provisions of article L. 221-24 of the French consumer code.
The return period runs from the day of receipt of the goods ordered (article L. 221-18 of the French consumer code).
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts (article L. 221-28 of the French consumer code):
- supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
- supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
