Definition and influences
The Gothic style is characterized by the predominant presence of black in the outfits, with touches of metal, white or very bright colors to accentuate the contrast.
Apart from cyber, post-punk or industrial influences (androgynous clothing, leather or vinyl material), it is inspired by many historical elements (hence the interest of La Blanche Hermine) ranging from Medieval to Victorian, through the Baroque, both in clothing (vests, long dresses, corsets, etc.) and in materials (velvet, lace, satin, etc.).
